I Did Not Steal Any Song - Sean Tizzle



After an Ibadan based musician accused Nigerian Pop Singer Sean Tizzle that he stoled chorus to one of his song titled ‘Perfect Gentleman', the Dtunes act - Sean Tizzle has finally reacted to the news and denied all the accusations.

During an interview made public on November 9, 2014, an Ibadan based upcoming act, Portah, accused Sean Tizzle of stealing the hook  to his song Perfect GentlemanSean Tizzle has reacted to the claims  and denied all the accusations. 


The upcoming singer said he was uninformed his chorus was hijacked by  Sean Tizzle's  in his song 'Perfect Gentleman' until a friend of his sang the hook and told him it was off the pop act's debut album. Portah downloaded the song and found out it was true.

In a phone conversation with Pulse, Sean Tizzle said the story was all a hoax for the upcoming act to get some cheap publicity from  his song. Still Sean Tizzle's producer Dtunes denied all the claims made by Portah saying “it was all a manipulation of the press to get popularity”.
Portah’s story had it that On January 2, 2014, Dtunes had invited him to the studio and told him to bring all his songs with the promise of signing him up to his record label. The upcoming act was asked to write songs for Sean tizzle, a deal which didn't materialize after sometime, Legendry Producer  Dtunes refused to return  his calls.

Meanwhile a representative of D'Tunes' label Difference Entertainment, Johnson has reacted to the allegations. "The guy is fabricating all these, because the song ‘Perfect Gentleman’ was done with me and a lot of other people in the studio" he stated.

'Perfect Gentleman' is the seventh single off Sean Tizzle's debut album The Journey.
